The renovation of this family home in Aylesbury was a thoughtful and careful process, aimed at improving the connection between the interior and exterior spaces. By removing key walls, we were able to reorganize the floor plan and create a more open and fluid layout.
The addition of sliding folding doors was a key element in this transformation, allowing the family to seamlessly move from their indoor living spaces to their garden. These doors not only provide an unobstructed view of the outdoor environment, but also bring in an abundance of natural light and create a feeling of spaciousness within the home.
As part of the process, we also redesigned the outdoor areas of the garden to act as another room of the house in the summer. The garden now features a functional and stylish outdoor living space that can be used for entertaining, relaxing, or simply enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
