Our renovation of a period apartment in Battersea was a seamless blend of historic charm and modern living, with a strong focus on sustainability. By removing key walls, we maximized the breathtaking 360-degree view of the London skyline and created an open, airy living space. A bespoke, handcrafted kitchen, complete with locally sourced materials, added to the functionality of the space while reducing the project's carbon footprint.
We used reclaimed timber for the floors, which not only added character to the space, but also demonstrated our commitment to reducing our impact on the environment. Navigating the approvals process for a listed building can be challenging, but we successfully organized and managed it, bringing our clients' vision to life.
Our project management skills were particularly valuable for our client who lives abroad. We kept them informed every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and stress-free renovation experience. The result is a truly one-of-a-kind living experience, blending classic and contemporary elements to create a unique, functional space with breath taking views and a sustainable focus.

Provided comprehensive design packages and reviewed with Cost Consultants to agree project budget.
Provided a full tender service to contractors and specialists, party wall agreements [and surveys], and regulatory licenses negotiated with free holders.
Submitted and coordinated with Local Council for Building Regulations sign off.
Procured final finishes on behalf of the Client to control quality and final finish and costs.
Full project management on site of works including procurement of secure, off site storage to maintain a clear site for fast turn around.
End to End management of property: Collected keys from the existing tenants and within 1 week had new tenants in place.
Yearly maintenance contract has been retained to keep the product as intended.
